They visited not only Malaysia but also Scotlnd, England and the Isle of Man to produce this illustrated record of a neglected aspect of Malaysia’s early plantation industry.

The text is written in an engaging style embellished with the insightful often humorous reminiscences of people who are or were involved in the planting of rubber and oil palm in Malaysia
